Luka Babic and Igor Bogicevic founded Orgnostic back in 2019, and SCV first invested in the company in 2020. As the founders said, they founded the company because they believed people analytics was the key to unlocking meaningful changes in organizations. Joining forces with CultureAmp would result in the ultimate employee insights engine and give Orgnostic team the opportunity to rapidly accelerate what they set out to do.
