An enterprise contract intelligence platform that uses AI to read and understand contracts just as humans do. The platform automatically extracts key data points, recognizes patterns, and classifies documents. It reads contracts accurately in many formats, organizes large amounts of contract data, and provides analytics about the data extracted.
The Business
Uhura Solutions, a London and Podgorica-based contract intelligence platform. Uhura Solutions was part of the 2018 Tel Aviv cohort of the Barclays Accelerator powered by Techstars, the most prestigious Fintech accelerator. The programme offers unprecedented access not only to Barclays, which is one of the world’s leading banks, but also to Techstars international mentor and investor relationships.
The Department for International Trade selected Uhura Solutions to be part of the Global Entrepreneur Programme (GEP), a venture capital programme, which aims to create global companies from startups while using the United Kingdom as a strategic hub for international
expansion.
The Partnership
The funding comes from European venture firm South Central Ventures, which is joining existing investors Barclays and Techstars. The company plans to use the funds to improve its technology and expand its presence in the financial and enterprise sectors.
